The Salad Academy has crossed over to a brand new learning management system!

After issuing more than 30,000 certificates to learners, the academy platform has been upgraded to offer a superior learning experience to all users and allow for immediate NFT minting upon course completion.

After the platform migration had been completed, we received feedback indicating some users of the legacy platform that had not completed the minting process were experiencing some difficulties.

We aim to ensure that every student who has completed their certification mint their free NFT. Any users experiencing issues can open up a support ticket on our Discord server to resolve this. Once there, users need to provide proof of their certification and contact information. After this step is completed, the team at Salad will update the whitelist, and the affected users will be able to mint their NFTs.

While we understand this can be frustrating for users, know that we will leave no learner behind and are excited about this next iteration in the future of The Salad Academy.
